Malware Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Malware Analyst/ Reverse Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain malware detection and config extraction scripts within the automation framework
• Investigate and document malware campaigns and their command and control mechanisms
• Conduct open-ended research to understand and monitor cyber crime malware operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Demonstrable experience reverse engineering malware
• Knowledge of proper information and malware handling (good OPSEC)
• Ability to collaborate in a remote team and work independently
• Threat research skills for finding malware samples and campaigns
• Familiarity with the LATAM malware landscape and experience programming in Python or other languages
