Managed Care Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Analyst II to provide analytical and technological support for managed care negotiations and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling of contracted rates and develop rate proposals for negotiations
• Develop and maintain the EPSI contract management module, ensuring accurate contract loading and reporting
• Monitor contract performance and conduct variance analysis to optimize reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in financial modeling and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, and report writing tools
• Knowledge of reimbursement systems and payer-specific coding
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
