Managed Care Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization initiatives, the full-time Managed Care Analyst will analyze managed care contracts, build reimbursement models, and provide data-driven insights while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze managed care contracts to interpret reimbursement methodologies and payment performance
• Build and maintain Excel-based reimbursement models to evaluate financial impacts and payment scenarios
• Develop dashboards and reports to track payer performance, denial rates, and contract profitability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis
• Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement methodologies and claims processing workflows
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and large dataset analysis
• Experience analyzing reimbursement variances and denial trends
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
