Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Analytics Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee analytic work supporting the Managed Care Operations Department
• Provide reimbursement and financial analysis for contract negotiations and system initiatives
• Participate in strategy discussions for rate negotiations and shape financial strategy for payer proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
• Master's degree (MBA, MHS, or other graduate degree) preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery settings and health care insurance required
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics and database management
• Experience with managed care payor or multi-hospital health system reimbursement required
