Managed Care Analytics Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the analytic work for Managed Care Operations, the full-time Managed Care Analytics Director will provide reimbursement and financial analysis for contract negotiations and system initiatives in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage analytic support for contract negotiations and financial strategy discussions
• Collaborate with Managed Care leadership to shape financial strategies for payer proposals
• Participate in strategy discussions related to physician, hospital, and company rate negotiations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree (MBA, MHS, or related graduate degree) preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery settings, clinical data management, and health care insurance
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, database management, and information management
• Experience with managed care payor or multi-hospital health system reimbursement
