Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Associate (Outpatient) to perform admitting and clerical duties for the Medical Imaging department.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes managed care referrals and communicates with insurance companies regarding authorizations
• Coordinates patient needs and information with specialist/provider offices
• Maintains an organized workload and ensures excellent customer service and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred
• Medical insurance experience preferred
