Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in navigating complex managed care challenges, the full-time Manager, Managed Care will lead client engagements, provide strategic insights on contract negotiations, and oversee project management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations on contract negotiation positioning and operational efficiencies
• Manage client relationships and oversee project timelines to ensure quality deliverables
• Lead the creation of strategic communication plans and materials for managed care negotiations

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting or managed care, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proven success in leading managed care strategy projects such as benchmarking and negotiation preparation
• Strong understanding of managed care models and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and insights
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in health administration, business, or public policy preferred
