Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Managed Care to lead client engagements focused on managed care strategy and healthcare revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insight and recommendations on managed care consulting, including contract negotiation and operational efficiencies
• Manage project timelines and client relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment across teams
• Lead the creation of strategic communication plans and oversee message development for managed care negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting or managed care, preferably in a consulting environment or health system
• Proven success in leading managed care projects such as benchmarking and negotiation preparation
• Strong understanding of managed care models and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in health administration, business, or public policy preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis
