Managed Care Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Contract Manager responsible for managing and coordinating payor contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the approval process of all contract documents and ensure accuracy of supporting documentation
• Develop processes for timely notification of critical contract events and maintain contract inventory
• Lead the contracting team, manage multiple projects, and establish strong relationships with internal partners

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous medical industry payor contract experience required (2+ years)
• Prior management experience (5+ years)
• Strong working knowledge in contracting with government and commercial payors
• Working knowledge of MCO contracting and grant requirements
