Managed Care Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Contract Manager to negotiate and manage contracts with managed care organizations and other payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and reimbursement structures with managed care organizations and third-party payers
• Monitor contract performance, reimbursement trends, and payer compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field (master's preferred)
• 3-7+ years of experience in managed care contracting, healthcare finance, or payer relations
• Experience negotiating contracts with commercial insurers, Medicare Advantage, and/or Medicaid plans
• Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
