Managed Care Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Managed Care Contracting Specialist will negotiate and manage Managed Care agreements, perform full life-cycle contract management, and serve as a liaison between the organization and payers, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and support new and existing Managed Care agreements, including contract language review and pricing
• Perform full life-cycle contract management, from development and execution to post-implementation monitoring
• Maintain strong relationships with payers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree/equivalent with 5-8 years of experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in contract negotiations and modeling
• Strong data analytics skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of credentialing and revenue cycle operations related to Managed Care
• Experience with infertility contracting is preferred
