Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Enrollment Broker - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service by answering incoming calls regarding enrollment assignments
• Research, process, or escalate assignment change requests received by phone or enrollment forms
• Document calls in detail to ensure all information is captured accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and OneNote
• Experience in healthcare, particularly provider, member services, insurance, or claims
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
