Job Summary

Focusing on developing and growing relationships with brokers and managed care organizations, the full-time remote Managed Care Stop Loss Reinsurance Sales Executive will market and sell reinsurance solutions to help clients manage catastrophic medical claims risk and improve financial stability.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee functions of the line of business, including underwriting and sales, while establishing metrics and objectives for high performance
  • Develop financial goals for the line of business and monitor progress to ensure competitiveness and growth
  • Establish strong relationships with brokers and agents to maintain high standards of integrity and satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 10 years of related management experience in a comparable line of business or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with superior analytical abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the insurance field, particularly in managed care stop loss and reinsurance products
  • Experience in developing and monitoring budgetary responsibilities to ensure cost-effectiveness
