Key Responsibilities

• Gather and verify patient registration information across various ambulatory departments
• Coordinate primary care provider approvals for managed care patients in specialty clinics
• Serve as a Patient Access Representative in medicine clinics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health sensitive information
• Basic computer proficiency for accessing and interpreting data
• Experience handling challenging situations and balancing multiple priorities
