Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Care Services Representative to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and document insurance referrals for specialty services prior to patient visits
• Verify and update patient registration information and resolve registration issues
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies to ensure accurate referral and authorization processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Registration, Scheduling, and Insurance Authorization within a healthcare setting
• 5 years of customer service experience required
• Experience with EPIC and medical office workflows required
• Proficient with office software packages including Microsoft Office applications
