Managed Data Services Lead

Job Summary

Managing a dedicated enterprise account, the full-time Managed Data Services Lead will oversee the complete lifecycle of data submission activities across third-party data providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the oversight of the client's data submission cycle, ensuring timely progress from third-party providers
• Lead a team in submission tracking, provider outreach, and managing data quality and governance processes
• Serve as the senior escalation point for data providers, building strong relationships and championing technology-driven service improvements

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in real estate data management or financial reporting operations
• Strong foundation in property-level financial data and experience managing high-volume data operations teams
• Proven ability to manage escalations and deliver executive-level reporting to institutional clients
• Hands-on experience with property managers and asset managers as data providers
• Familiarity with data submission platforms and technology-forward approaches, including automation and AI-assisted workflows
