Managed Firewall Engineer

Job Summary

Managing and maintaining the operational readiness of Perimeter Defense Solutions, the full-time Managed Firewall Engineer will perform engineering tasks, handle technical incidents, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks in support of perimeter defense services
• Handle client-satisfaction escalations and incidents
• Install, configure, and audit perimeter defense platforms and associated applications

Required Qualifications

• 3-to-5 years of firewall/IT perimeter defense experience
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work history
• Certifications in Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco desired
• Experience working for and within IT for the legal industry
• Experience in large-scale service delivery
