Managed Markets Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Managed Markets Contract Specialist will serve as the primary contact for assigned payers, assist with contract-related needs, and maintain the organization's contract management system to ensure accurate records and facilitate operations across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payer outreach and contracting by requesting participation agreements and negotiating contract terms with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers
• Support franchise onboarding activities and assist franchise leaders with understanding payer requirements and contract details
• Maintain and update the contract management system, tracking contract status and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare contracting, payer relations, or provider enrollment
• Familiarity with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer contracting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
