Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service and file auditing, the fully remote Managed Repair Analyst II will manage the reconstruction portion of insurance claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating communication between clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage the reconstruction process and expedite file closures through regular communication and active file management
  • Evaluate reconstruction needs, discuss processes with insured clients, and verify file statuses with insurance carriers
  • Audit invoices for appropriate scope, negotiate prices, and provide clarity on customer inquiries while adhering to company policies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-4 years in the insurance industry handling Property Desk and/or Field Adjuster roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis, along with strong auditing and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment with reliable high-speed internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
