Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize technical information to create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
• Develop training content and sales enablement materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain the product catalog and support pricing initiatives while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, product management, or technical marketing within cloud or data center environments
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, including IaaS, virtualization, and managed services
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and deal desk operations
• Proven expertise in authoring technical documentation and developing training content
