Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst I who will deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and communicate established processes
  • Provide support for external customers via phone and email
  • Handle daily case work while meeting predetermined KPI and QA metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic technical knowledge of software products
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
