Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managed Services Analyst I who will deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and communicate established processes
- Provide support for external customers via phone and email
- Handle daily case work while meeting predetermined KPI and QA metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical knowledge of software products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Supply Chain experience preferred
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
