Job Summary
Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, the full-time Managed Services Analyst I will assist with GHX products or services, support administrative processes, and manage daily case work while meeting key performance indicators in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for external customers via phone and email, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Accurately document all actions in daily work and customer interactions, while identifying and escalating repetitive customer issues
- Learn and communicate established processes, ensuring compliance with predetermined KPI and QA metrics
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical knowledge of software products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Supply Chain experience preferred
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
