Managed Services Architect
Job Summary
Partnering with sales teams and customers, the full-time Managed Services Architect will lead technical discovery, design Managed Services solutions, and ensure successful service transitions in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Managed Services, leading technical discovery activities and analyzing customer environments
- Design end-to-end Managed Services architectures, including security, monitoring, and operational processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to support solution proposals and develop transition strategies for customers
Required Qualifications
- ITIL v4 Certification and practical experience with ITIL-based service management processes
- Deep technical expertise in NetApp technologies such as ONTAP and StorageGRID
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with customer discovery and infrastructure assessments
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
