Managed Services Architect

Job Summary

Combining customer-facing solution architecture with technical leadership, the full-time Managed Services Architect will design and position Managed Services and Storage-as-a-Service solutions while collaborating with sales teams and customers to ensure successful service delivery transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority within Managed Services bid pursuit teams, guiding stakeholders and leading customer discussions to understand their technical environments and business objectives
• Design end-to-end Managed Services and STaaS architectures, mapping customer requirements to standardized service offerings and developing transition strategies for customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to support solution proposals, service scoping, and pricing models while providing architectural guidance during onboarding and ongoing customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management principles and practical experience with ITIL-based service delivery models
• Experience supporting Managed Services and STaaS opportunities, including solution architecture and technical presales activities
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and operational tooling
• ITIL certification preferred
