Managed Services Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a commercially minded Managed Services Solutions & Portfolio Architect, this full-time remote position will manage presales activities, offering development, and delivery readiness while collaborating with various stakeholders to shape complex managed services opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-sell with Account Executives through the entire sales process, from qualification to delivery transition
- Create and continuously improve managed services offerings, including service briefs and standard architectures
- Develop pricing models and participate in deal reviews to identify and mitigate risks associated with managed services solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in managed services, IT consulting, or related technology roles
- Proven success in designing, productizing, and selling managed services in a multi-client environment
- Experience in creating presales documentation such as proposals, SOWs, and technical standards
- Strong understanding of managed services operating models and recurring revenue economics
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
