Managed Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Consultant to deliver strategic services and ensure operational continuity for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage technical and operational areas such as menu configuration and pricing
• Lead and execute managed services workstreams, including menu import/export and location-specific pricing
• Coordinate service deployments and configuration updates across enterprise portfolios to minimize business disruption

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, service delivery, or enterprise customer success, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience working with enterprise restaurant brands or within the hospitality tech space preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially in managing complex configurations
• Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges with a strategic mindset
