Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience, including 3-5 years in a senior operations or Managed Services Delivery Director role
• Deep understanding of Managed Services or IT service delivery environments
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and project management software
