Managed Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Engineer - Tier 3 (Remote, Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for diverse network environments and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols
• Design and implement network security solutions and develop network migration plans for infrastructure upgrades
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams and participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, and Cisco Meraki Specialist
• 5+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 network and voice support roles
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network topologies
• Experience with Microsoft platforms and virtualization technologies
