Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Engineer I to support client service delivery and assist in technical product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate support tasks and activities according to client schedules
  • Maintain project timelines and communicate delays to team members or managers
  • Perform support and maintenance of software, hardware, and other equipment
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of computer-related work and customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, including Microsoft Server
  • Understanding of the technical troubleshooting process
  • Experience in Linux, Unix, VMware, or a healthcare environment is a plus
