Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managed Services Engineer I to support client service delivery and assist in technical product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate support tasks and activities according to client schedules
- Maintain project timelines and communicate delays to team members or managers
- Perform support and maintenance of software, hardware, and other equipment
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of computer-related work and customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, including Microsoft Server
- Understanding of the technical troubleshooting process
- Experience in Linux, Unix, VMware, or a healthcare environment is a plus
