Job Summary
To accelerate Commercial Support product development and growth, the full-time Managed Services Engineering Specialist will provide training and ongoing support to end users, act as a liaison between technical sales and implementation teams, and assist with basic onboarding and network design in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage basic onboarding and provisioning of Cloud Managed Solutions
- Respond to initial support tickets and provide technical assistance
- Assist with basic network design and cloud equipment staging/configuration
Required qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MS-900, and Cisco Meraki ECMS 1/2 preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in data networking and hosted applications
- Familiarity with M365 suite management and basic IT technical support
- Understanding of OSI reference model and cloud services support
