Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Escalations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Guiding resolution of high-priority outages and complex infrastructure issues
Acting as a senior escalation point for technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
Providing mentorship, training, and technical skills assessments for job applicants

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience in networking, server/OS, and virtualization
10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or Managed Security Operations Center
Proficiency in Office365 administration and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN administration, network security, and Microsoft technologies
Previous experience working within ticketing systems
