Managed Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of medium and senior network engineers
• Ensure client service requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Oversee daily operations of the MSP team, ensuring timely delivery of IT services

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in an MSP environment
• 1-2 years of experience managing engineers in an MSP environment
• Strong understanding of IT systems, network management, and service management methodologies
• Experience with ITIL frameworks or similar service management methodologies
• ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification is preferred
