Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Operations Lead to ensure the operational foundation and workflows that support Managed Services are accurate and continuously improving.

Responsibilities
  • Own the design, build, and maintenance of Gainsight dashboards and reports for Managed Services
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including billing rules migrations and platform transitions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement workflow improvements
Qualifications
  • Experience in Managed Services Operations, Customer Operations, or Program Management roles
  • Proven ownership of enterprise tools supporting delivery, reporting, or billing workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently
  • Strong documentation and process discipline, including SOPs and repeatable workflows
  • Comfortable operating across ambiguity and prioritizing competing initiatives
