- Manage high-profile customer issues, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective action plans are implemented
- Oversee Managed Services Support Analysts and Engineers, while participating in major incident management and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- Managerial, business, financial planning, and technical skills
- Experience with unified collaboration technologies and troubleshooting related systems
- Knowledge of integrated unified collaboration and data networking concepts
- ITIL/ITSM background preferred
- Formal technical training in unified collaboration equipment and software; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office applications
