Required Qualifications
  • Managerial, business, financial planning, and technical skills
  • Experience with unified collaboration technologies and troubleshooting related systems
  • Knowledge of integrated unified collaboration and data networking concepts
  • ITIL/ITSM background preferred
  • Formal technical training in unified collaboration equipment and software; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office applications
