Managed Services Orders Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Orders Senior Analyst who can work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, train, and support EHR modules
• Collaborate with a team to actively support a variety of Epic clients
• Communicate effectively with clients while working remotely

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
• Certification in one or more EHR application module(s) with moderate understanding of functionality within that application
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management and project management experience, and participation in previous systems implementations preferred
