Job Summary
As a senior technical advisor and delivery leader, the remote Managed Services Principal will manage strategic customer accounts, develop technical success plans, and oversee complex initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes through the Nintex platform.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading customer-facing technical reviews and developing success plans aligned with business goals
- Oversee the resolution of major incidents and implement reliability improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements
- Conduct advanced platform reviews and develop long-term improvement plans to ensure optimal platform health and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree desirable but not required
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator are advantageous
- Experience in technical account management and enterprise consulting
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams in a technical delivery environment
