Managed Services Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Procurement Specialist who will support sales and service teams in managing procurement and quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quoting workflows and vendor procurement processes
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate records in PSA and accounting systems
• Resolve procurement issues and ensure timely delivery of services and products

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT services environment preferred
• Experience with PSA systems, such as Autotask or ConnectWise
• Familiarity with procurement, quoting, and vendor coordination processes
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Knowledge of Ai for process improvements is a bonus
