Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Managed Services Solution Specialist will leverage AI-driven solutions to design, implement, and support managed services applications, while collaborating with clients to enhance productivity and optimize complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients during the RFP process to understand their business objectives and challenges
• Lead the incorporation of AI-powered tools into application support and development processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Create proposals for managed services solutions that align with client needs and service delivery expectations

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in application support and development within a managed services environment
• Hands-on expertise with AI solutions such as predictive analytics and intelligent automation frameworks
• Broad understanding of cloud AI technologies including Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, and Google AI
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in delivering managed services in application support and development
