Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managed Services Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Performance Managers and Managed Services Coordinators to execute Managed Services deliverables
Manage and qualify incoming managed services requests and provide feedback on incomplete submissions
Review and QA copy and images of Managed Services page builds before client submission

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar discipline
Knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts
Some familiarity with HTML or CSS coding is a plus
Experience with account management and graphic design
Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Wrike, Slack, and WordPress
