Job Summary
To support enterprise-level clients, the full-time Managed Services Specialist will focus on delivering maintenance, configuration, implementation, and support services while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure custom solutions for enterprise clients, emphasizing maintenance services
- Provide on-call support for platforms, both on-site and virtually, ensuring client satisfaction
- Train new users on platform functionalities and create customized training materials
Required Qualifications:
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry
- One year of experience with a SaaS platform in configuration management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in tracking resolutions, bugs, and tasks using Jira and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
