Managed Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support enterprise-level clients, the full-time Managed Services Specialist will focus on delivering maintenance, configuration, implementation, and support services while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure custom solutions for enterprise clients, emphasizing maintenance services
• Provide on-call support for platforms, both on-site and virtually, ensuring client satisfaction
• Train new users on platform functionalities and create customized training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry
• One year of experience with a SaaS platform in configuration management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in tracking resolutions, bugs, and tasks using Jira and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
