Managed Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer success, the full-time remote Managed Services Specialist will deliver high-quality managed services by ensuring accurate utility bill data, resolving audit flags, and running recurring reports while collaborating with customers and utility vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve audit flags and kickouts to maintain clean billing data
• Retrieve missing utility bills from vendors and provide timely status updates to customers
• Run and deliver recurring reports with precise filtering and on-schedule delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience in utility billing, AP/AR, fintech, or operations supporting accuracy-driven workflows
• Ability to work within SLA-driven environments and manage recurring deadlines
• Strong customer-facing communication skills for professional interactions
• Understanding of bill processing workflows, including audits and kickouts
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
