Managed Services Specialist

Job Summary

Providing hands-on traffic operations and product support for the NHL managed services engagement, the full-time Managed Services Specialist will work remotely to process orders, manage broadcast logs, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced sports broadcasting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for pre-game, in-game, and post-game broadcast logs across assigned NHL team properties
• Process traffic workflows in WO Traffic, including order entry, log preparation, and reconciliation of broadcasts
• Manage schedule changes and communicate potential delivery issues while maintaining accurate workflows from order entry through billing

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on broadcast traffic experience in live sports programming or a deadline-driven sports media environment
• 2+ years of experience using and supporting WO Traffic, including log preparation and billing workflows
• Experience managing multiple properties or client groups with competing priorities
• Strong technical aptitude to investigate and document workflow issues
• Ability to work within a defined coverage schedule and provide occasional support outside standard business hours
