Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Managed Services to lead a team in delivering client solutions and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Oversee the implementation and customization of software solutions for clients, ensuring quality service delivery
• Manage financial and operational responsibilities, including reporting and metrics, in collaboration with finance and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within professional services or consulting
• At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position
• Proven track record in managing complex client projects focused on software solutions
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience with software solution implementations and understanding of cloud technologies
