Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting high-severity incidents and escalated service desk issues
- Maintaining accurate ticketing system data and analyzing monitoring metrics
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining monitoring solutions for client environments
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in Citrix NetScaler administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and procedures

- Experience with load balancing, SSL/TLS certificates, and authentication methods
