Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting high-severity incidents and escalated service desk issues
  • Maintaining accurate ticketing system data and analyzing monitoring metrics
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining monitoring solutions for client environments
Required Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge in Citrix NetScaler administration and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and procedures

  • Experience with load balancing, SSL/TLS certificates, and authentication methods
