Management Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Accountant to oversee financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close process and prepare Management Accounts, including variance analysis and reconciliations
• Manage payroll for UK and global teams, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions
• Evaluate accounting workflows for efficiencies and implement automation and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or QBE with solid management accounting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced SME environment
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud-based accounting software
• Ability to work independently and investigate financial discrepancies
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
