Management Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing Finance team, the full-time Management Accountant will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working remotely from Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecast cycles, collaborating with department leaders
• Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory standards
• Examine operating costs and conduct pricing analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for multi-entity businesses
• Strong financial modelling skills, including experience in valuation and capital investment appraisal
• Proficiency in accounting and reporting tools such as Xero, Excel, and Domo
