Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects

Qualifications

• Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks
• Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance or ability to obtain one
