Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support federal government enterprise data programs for the Defense Health Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, operational, and administrative expertise to enhance Military Health System efficiency
• Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop reports to improve clinical operations and business performance
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into accurate analytic products
• Experience in organizing/participating/leading working groups to develop analytic products
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance
