Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst with research administration experience to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analyses and recommendations
• Support organizational studies by documenting current processes and identifying gaps for improvement
• Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, ensuring effective coordination and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, education, communications, business, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or program operations
• Experience in conducting program assessments and developing actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in coordinating meetings and managing documentation for trainings or webinars
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance and legal authorization to work in the U.S
