Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analyses and recommendations
• Support organizational trainings and process documentation by identifying gaps and proposing improvements
• Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, including planning and coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or education
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or program operations
• Experience conducting assessments of program effectiveness and documenting processes
• Experience coordinating meetings, virtual trainings, or webinars
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
